Enter this charming cottage through a stable door directly into a fully fitted kitchen with dining area. The short hall leads to the lounge area with sofa bed, TV/video and CD, a shower room leads off.

Up a spiral staircase to the romantic double bedroom with roof windows creating a light and airy space, WC and walk-in wardrobe are on this open mezzanine level.

The cottage has its own patio with covered pond, waterfall and seating.

Short breaks are available from £180.00 for two nights.

Road Directions

From M4 jct 18 take A46 then A4 towards Bath. Once in Bath take A367 direction Radstock/Wells. Go up the hill, pass The Bear Pub, Laburnum Cottage is in the courtyard of Devonshire House B&B which is 500 yards on the left.

Public Transport Directions

From Dorchester Street bus stop, take number 13 bus to Devonshire Buildings. Fifty yards uphill on left is Devonshire House, Laburnum Cottage is in courtyard. Ring bell for Devonshire House for key.
