About

Gather up your friends, family, neighbours and workmates to join Bath’s biggest evening of free live music - Party in the City, Friday 15 May 2026.

Party in the City, where the sound of live music will spill out of pubs, clubs, churches, museums and galleries, and into the streets. Some 2,000 singers and musicians will play at 39 venues and it’s completely free to attend!

Stay in one place for the duration of the evening, or move from venue to venue to enjoy live performances from much-loved local bands through to emerging talent.

Enjoy everything from acoustic/pop, blues, folk, funk/soul, jazz and blues, and indie/rock through to choral and classical. Hear live music at Komedia, in Parade Gardens, the Guildhall, Bath Abbey, Green Park Station and many other venues around the city.
