To submit your event to the Visit Bath team, please complete the form below giving us as much information as possible. Note, once your event has been submitted it will be reviewed and either accepted and uploaded or rejected.
IMPORTANT: Events will not be accepted without good quality images. Please include ONE quality landscape image of least 1220 x 715 pixels minimum (if possible). When uploading an image, please be aware that there is a filesize limit of 1MB. You must ensure that you have permission to use the image on a third party website and it may be shared in various places on the Visit Bath website and social media channels.
Other important tips:
- To improve search engine rankings please include 500 - 800 words on your event.
- Please include a contact email address or phone number.
- If relevant put the name of the venue into the title of the event, to help maximise impact e.g. Festival at Royal Victoria Park
- Please do not use capital letters as titles and sentences. WE DON'T WANT YOU TO SHOUT.
- Please note that event submissions can take up to 2 weeks to process, so please allow for this when submitting.
