Bath has a growing number of exclusively plantbased cafés and restaurants offering delicious vegan cuisine. Sample plant-based plates at OAK Restaurant, which specialises in seasonal, sustainable and delicious menus.

Root puts vegetables front and centre on its menu, with creative and colourful small plates shaped by the seasons.
