Just outside the city you’ll find the multi award-winning Bath Soft Cheese, whose cheeses are stocked at shops and delis across the city.

You’ll find a range of brilliant shops and food & drink businesses in Shires Yard, a scenic shopping and dining destination set within a series of beautiful Georgian buildings, terraces and open courtyards.

There are also many farm shops and delis around Bath which stock local producers, from jams and chutneys to bread, cakes and cupboard essentials. Hartley Farm Shop and Flourish Foodhall both have an extensive selection for you to browse, and are just a short drive or bus journey from the city centre.

Pick up some local gins or beers at Independent Spirit of Bath, or browse a multitude of wines from across the UK and worldwide at The Great Wine Company. At Beckford Bottle Shop you can pick up a bottle of wine to take home, or enjoy it on one of their comfy sofas with some nibbles.
