Despite the whole city being designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with many Georgian townhouses and even Roman remains, Bath is accessible to all visitors.
There are many accessible events across Bath that people with additional needs can enjoy.
These include theatre shows with signed, audio described or captioned performances, early opening and relaxed sessions and dementia-friendly events.
The Theatre Royal offer discounted tickets to eligible patrons for audio-described performances, signed performances and wheelchair users. There is also a system of infrared headphones available free of charge.
Komedia Bath is pleased to announce that a selection of its best-selling events will now feature a British Sign Language interpreter. Please check the website for latest updates.
Regular subtitled screenings take place at the Little Theatre Cinema, as well as hearing loops available at all screenings. At Tivoli Cinema, all of the screens are equipped with systems for the hard of hearing and visually impaired.
