The terms and conditions found here relate to the most recent competition on visitbath.co.uk and its associated channels.

1. Competition is open for entries between Monday 18 May and 2:00pm on Monday 8 June 2026. Entries must be received by 2:00pm on Monday 8 June 2026. 

2. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and will be notified by email on the competition closing date. 

4. In the event of non-acceptance or the winner not responding within 24 hours of being contacted, Visit Bath reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry. 

5. Prize includes a one-night stay for two people sharing a room at DoubleTree by Hilton Bath, including breakfast the following morning. The stay can be redeemed anytime until Tuesday 1 December 2026, excluding Saturday nights. Strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 

6. Prize includes two adult admission tickets to the American Museum & Gardens, redeemable between Saturday 4 and Friday 31 July 2026 during standard opening hours, subject to availability - the winner must confirm their preferred date and time with the venue in advance of their visit. Tickets include access to the museum, exhibition gallery, gardens, deli and gallery shop. The tickets are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

7. Prize includes a meal for two at Root Bath, excluding any drinks. The meal is redeemable on any day of the week until Friday 31 July 2026 during standard opening hours - the winner must confirm their preferred date and time with the venue in advance of their visit. The meal is strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 

8. Travel and any associated costs are not included. 

9. Competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over. If the winner selected lives outside of the UK, Visit Bath reserves the right to select a new winner. 

10. If opted in at the time of entry, entrant details may be shared with third party prizegivers. You can unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time.

11. All prizes are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value.

12. Entry is not open to employees of Visit West. 

13. The winner’s details will be passed to all prize givers for prize fulfilment. 

14. The Editor's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

15. Visit West will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control we reserve to right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

17. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending an email to web@visitwest.co.uk.
