The terms and conditions found here relate to the most recent competition on visitbath.co.uk and its associated channels.

1. Competition is open for entries between Wednesday 1 July and 2:00pm on Wednesday 22 July 2026. Entries must be received by 2:00pm on Wednesday 22 July 2026. 

2. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and will be notified by email on the competition closing date. By entering the competition, you agree to be contacted by Visit Bath to inform you if you are selected as the winner.

4. In the event of non-acceptance or the winner not responding within 24 hours of being contacted, Visit Bath reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry. 

5. Prize includes a one-night stay for two people sharing a room at the Apex City of Bath Hotel, including a two-course dinner and drinks for two in The Orange Artichoke restaurant. The stay can be claimed anytime up to 30 September 2026, subject to availability. The stay is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Travel to and from the hotel is not included. The prize excludes anything in addition and any extras must be paid for on departure by the prize winner or their guest. 

6. Prize includes two adult admission tickets to The Roman Baths, which include access to the venue's annual Summer Lates event during its running dates (20 July - 31 August 2026). The tickets can be claimed anytime up to 30 September 2026, subject to availability. The tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

7. Prize includes entry tickets to the gardens at Iford Manor and a classic afternoon tea for two at Iford Manor Cafe & Kitchen. The prize is available to claim anytime up to 30 September 2026, subject to availability. Must be booked in advance by the winner, with a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Tables are available at 3pm, 3.15pm and 3.30pm from Wednesday-Sunday. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

8. Travel and any associated costs are not included. 

9. Competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over. If the winner selected lives outside of the UK, Visit Bath reserves the right to select a new winner. 

10. If opted in at the time of entry, entrant details may be shared with third party prizegivers. You can unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time.

11. All prizes are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value.

12. Entry is not open to employees of Visit West. 

13. The winner’s details will be passed to all prize givers for prize fulfilment. 

14. The Editor's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

15. Visit West will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control we reserve to right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

17. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending an email to web@visitwest.co.uk.
