The terms and conditions found here relate to the most recent competition on visitbath.co.uk and its associated channels.

1. Competition is open for entries between Tuesday 9 December 2025 and 2:00pm on Monday 5 January 2026. Entries must be received by 2:00pm on Monday 5 January 2026. 

2. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and will be notified by email on the competition closing date. 

4. In the event of non-acceptance or the winner not responding within 24 hours of being contacted, Visit Bath reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry. 

5. Prize includes a one-night stay for two people sharing a room at Montigo Resorts Somerset on Saturday 7 February 2026, with breakfast the following morning. Terms and conditions for the stay are as follows: 

• Standard booking and cancellation policies apply.
• The competition accommodation provided is subject to availability. 
• Montigo Resorts Somerset reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time. 
• This voucher is valid for the above date(s) only.
• Extensions on validity are not allowed.
• This voucher may not be used with other promotions or offers.
• This voucher is non-refundable, and any unused benefits may not be redeemed for cash.

6. Prize includes two tickets to the 'Perfect Pasta with Chiara Tomasoni' cooking course at Vale House Kitchen on Saturday 7 February 2026. The tickets are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

7. Prize includes two adult admission tickets to The Roman Baths on Sunday 8 February 2026. The tickets are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Tickets must be booked in advance by the winner by contacting the venue's Marketing team. 

8. Travel and any associated costs are not included. 

9. Competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over. If the winner selected lives outside of the UK, Visit Bath reserves the right to select a new winner. 

10. If opted in at the time of entry, entrant details may be shared with third party prizegivers. You can unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time.

11. All prizes are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value.

12. Entry is not open to employees of Visit West. 

13. The winner’s details will be passed to all prize givers for prize fulfilment. 

14. The Editor's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

15. Visit West will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control we reserve to right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

17. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending an email to web@visitwest.co.uk.
