The terms and conditions found here relate to the most recent competition on visitbath.co.uk and its associated channels.

1. Competition is open for entries between Tuesday 18 August and 2:00pm on Tuesday 8 September 2026. Entries must be received by 2:00pm on Tuesday 8 September 2026. 

2. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and will be notified by email on the competition closing date. By entering the competition, you agree to be contacted by Visit Bath to inform you if you are selected as the winner.

4. In the event of non-acceptance or the winner not responding within 24 hours of being contacted, Visit Bath reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry. 

5. Prize includes an overnight stay for two at Timbrell's Yard, including dinner and breakfast for two in the on-site restaurant. The stay is strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Excludes Friday and Saturday nights, and the autumn half term school holiday (24 October - 1 November 2026). The meals do not include alcohol, and any extras must be paid for in full by the winner. The stay is valid to be claimed between 8 September and 26 November 2026. 

6. Prize includes two adult entry tickets for No.1 Royal Crescent, valid for 12 months from 8 September 2026 during the museum's standard opening hours. The tickets are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. 

7. Prize includes two tickets to one of Campwell Farm's community sauna sessions (held every Wednesday-Sunday) between 8 September and 26 November 2026. The tickets are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. 

8. Travel and any associated costs are not included. 

9. Competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over. If the winner selected lives outside of the UK, Visit Bath reserves the right to select a new winner. 

10. If opted in at the time of entry, entrant details may be shared with third party prizegivers. You can unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time.

11. All prizes are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value.

12. Entry is not open to employees of Visit West. 

13. The winner’s details will be passed to all prize givers for prize fulfilment. 

14. The Editor's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

15. Visit West will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control we reserve to right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

17. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending an email to web@visitwest.co.uk.
