The terms and conditions found here relate to the most recent competition on visitbath.co.uk and its associated channels.

1. Competition is open for entries between Friday 29 November 2024 and 12:00pm on Friday 20 December 2024. Entries must be received by 12:00pm on Friday 20 December 2024.

2. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and will be notified by email on the competition closing date. 

4. In the event of non-acceptance or the winner not responding within 24 hours of being contacted, Visit Bath reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry.

5. Prize includes a one-night stay for two people sharing a room at Hotel Indigo Bath on Saturday 4 January 2025. The stay is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

6. Prize includes a meal for two at The Bath Brew House, plus two flights (consisting of three individual thirds of a pint) of their freshly brewed on-site beers on Saturday 4 January 2025. The meal and drinks are subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

7. Prize includes two tickets to Komedia Bath's Krater Comedy Club show on Saturday 4 January 2025. Please note that this is a strictly 18+ only event. The tickets are subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

8. Travel and any associated costs are not included.

9. Competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over. If the winner selected lives outside of the UK, Visit Bath reserves the right to select a new winner. 

10. If opted in at the time of entry, entrant details may be shared with third party prizegivers. You can unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time.

11. All prizes are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value.

12. Entry is not open to employees of Visit West.

13. The winner’s details will be passed to all prize givers for prize fulfilment. 

14. The Editor's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

15. Visit West will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control we reserve to right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

17. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending an email to web@visitwest.co.uk.
