The terms and conditions found here relate to the most recent competition on visitbath.co.uk and its associated channels.

1. Competition is open for entries between Monday 8 June and 2:00pm on Monday 29 June 2026. Entries must be received by 2:00pm on Monday 29 June 2026. 

2. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and will be notified by email on the competition closing date. 

4. In the event of non-acceptance or the winner not responding within 24 hours of being contacted, Visit Bath reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry. 

5. Prize includes a one-night stay for two people sharing a Superior room at The Bath Priory, including breakfast and dinner in the on-site restaurant and access to the Garden Spa facilities. The stay must be taken before the end of December 2026, subject to availability. Excludes Saturday nights and Bank Holidays, excludes Christmas (23-27 December 2026) and New Year (31 December 2026). The prize is not transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Travel to and from the hotel is not included. The prize excludes anything in addition and any extras must be paid for on departure by the prize winner or their guest. 

6. Prize includes two admission tickets to Prior Park Landscape Garden, to be claimed on any date during seasonal opening hours. The venue is open daily until 31 October, and open on weekends only from 1 November onwards. The tickets are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

7. Prize includes two tickets for a Tower Tour and general admission to Bath Abbey, including access to the Discovery Museum. The tickets are available on tours from Monday - Friday during normal Abbey opening hours, subject to availability. Must be used between 1 July - 31 December 2026. The tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

8. Prize includes a meal for two at Bath Pizza Co, including two pizzas, two sides and two drinks of the winner's choice, valid until 20 November 2026. The meal is strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 

9. Travel and any associated costs are not included. 

10. Competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over. If the winner selected lives outside of the UK, Visit Bath reserves the right to select a new winner. 

11. If opted in at the time of entry, entrant details may be shared with third party prizegivers. You can unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time.

12. All prizes are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value.

13. Entry is not open to employees of Visit West. 

14. The winner’s details will be passed to all prize givers for prize fulfilment. 

15. The Editor's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

16. Visit West will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control we reserve to right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

18. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending an email to web@visitwest.co.uk.
