The terms and conditions found here relate to the most recent competition on visitbath.co.uk and its associated channels.

1. Competition is open for entries between Monday 3 November 2025 and 2:00pm on Monday 24 November 2025. Entries must be received by 2:00pm on Monday 24 November 2025. 

2. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and will be notified by email on the competition closing date. 

4. In the event of non-acceptance or the winner not responding within 24 hours of being contacted, Visit Bath reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry. 

5. Prize includes a one-night stay for two people sharing a room at Hampton by Hilton Bath City, including a complimentary Hampton breakfast and upgrade to a King room, to be redeemed on any date between Sunday 14 December and Tuesday 23 December 2025. If necessary, the voucher can be extended to be used between 2 January and 31 March 2026 (blackout dates apply - the voucher is not redeemable between 24 December 2025 and 1 January 2026). The stay is strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

6. Prize includes two tickets to Dyrham Park on Saturday 13 or Sunday 14 December 2025, including free car parking for the day, to be redeemed between 10am and 3pm. The tickets are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The competition winner is advised to check the Dyrham Park website before travel for any emergency closures. In the event of a closure, a visit will be arranged on an alternative date convenient to both parties.

7. Prize includes two tickets to a festive crafting session with The Love Makers Craft Cafe at their pop-up 'Bauble Bar' at Bath's annual Christmas Makers' Market on Queen Square, to be claimed on Saturday 13 December or Sunday 14 December 2025 at a time of the winner's choosing. The tickets are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative, and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. All makers must be 10 years of age or older. 

8. Prize includes a Christmas or standard afternoon tea for two at Hartley Farm, to be redeemed anytime until 30 May 2026. All afternoon teas are available daily from 2-4pm and must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. The afternoon tea cannot currently be made vegan or gluten free. The afternoon tea is strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The voucher is only valid once, and must be brought on the day to claim the afternoon tea. 

9. Travel and any associated costs are not included. 

10. Competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over. If the winner selected lives outside of the UK, Visit Bath reserves the right to select a new winner. 

11. If opted in at the time of entry, entrant details may be shared with third party prizegivers. You can unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time.

12. All prizes are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value.

13. Entry is not open to employees of Visit West. 

14. The winner’s details will be passed to all prize givers for prize fulfilment. 

15.  The Editor's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

16. Visit West will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control we reserve to right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

18. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending an email to web@visitwest.co.uk.
