The terms and conditions found here relate to the most recent competition on visitbath.co.uk and its associated channels.

1. Competition is open for entries between Tuesday 27 January 2026 and 2:00pm on Tuesday 17 February 2026. Entries must be received by 2:00pm on Tuesday 17 February 2026. 

2. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and will be notified by email on the competition closing date. 

4. In the event of non-acceptance or the winner not responding within 24 hours of being contacted, Visit Bath reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry. 

5. Prize includes a one-night stay for two people sharing a room at DoubleTree by Hilton Bath on Sunday 22 March 2026. The stay is strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 

6. Prize includes a meal for two at Sally Lunn's Historic Eating House up to the value of £70 on either Saturday 21 or Sunday 22 March 2026. The meal can be claimed at any time of day, but the winner must book in advance. The meal is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 

7. Prize includes a paddleboard or kayak tour for two with Original Wild on Sunday 22 March 2026 only. The tour is strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative, and must be booked in advance by the competition winner. 

8. Prize includes a 30-minute guided relaxation and sound bath experience for two at The Soul Spa on either Saturday 21 or Sunday 22 March 2026. The experience is strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative, and must be booked in advance by the competition winner. 

9. Travel and any associated costs are not included. 

10. Competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over. If the winner selected lives outside of the UK, Visit Bath reserves the right to select a new winner. 

11. If opted in at the time of entry, entrant details may be shared with third party prizegivers. You can unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time.

12. All prizes are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value.

13. Entry is not open to employees of Visit West. 

14. The winner’s details will be passed to all prize givers for prize fulfilment. 

15. The Editor's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

16. Visit West will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control we reserve to right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

18. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending an email to web@visitwest.co.uk.
