The terms and conditions found here relate to the most recent competition on visitbath.co.uk and its associated channels.

1. Competition is open for entries between Tuesday 17 February 2026 and 2:00pm on Tuesday 10 March 2026. Entries must be received by 2:00pm on Tuesday 10 March 2026. 

2. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and will be notified by email on the competition closing date. 

4. In the event of non-acceptance or the winner not responding within 24 hours of being contacted, Visit Bath reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry. 

5. Prize includes a fine dining overnight experience for two people at The Bath Priory on Sunday 22 March 2026, featuring an exclusive three-course dinner in the hotel's acclaimed 3 AA Rosette restaurant, overnight accommodation, and breakfast the following morning. This prize is strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.Travel to and from the hotel is not included. The prize excludes anything in addition - any extras must be paid for on departure by the prize winner or their guest.

6. Prize includes a Japanese afternoon tea for two people at Robun at anytime up to 4pm on Sunday 22 March 2026, or anytime up to 3pm on Monday 23 March 2026. This prize is strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 

7. Travel and any associated costs are not included. 

8. Competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over. If the winner selected lives outside of the UK, Visit Bath reserves the right to select a new winner. 

9. If opted in at the time of entry, entrant details may be shared with third party prizegivers. You can unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time.

10. All prizes are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value.

11. Entry is not open to employees of Visit West. 

12. The winner’s details will be passed to all prize givers for prize fulfilment. 

13. The Editor's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

14. Visit West will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control we reserve to right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

16. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending an email to web@visitwest.co.uk.
