Take a short amble through the meadows of Bathwick Fields and you will be rewarded with a stunning view of the city.
You can push on for the Bath Skyline Walk, the National Trust’s most downloaded walk. This six-mile route will take you through ancient woodland, over an Iron Age hillfort and alongside abandoned limestone quarries. Take a moment to stop by the Sham Castle for another beautiful vista of Bath.
For those looking for a relaxing, slower pace, the many cosy pubs in the city and surrounding area make for an excellent stopping point along your way.
