Bath Mill Lodge Retreat

About

The Brook Bar & Bistro is located on the grounds of the 5 star Bath Mill Lodge Retreat overlooking the stunning Newton Brook amidst the tranquil Somerset countryside. It is situated inside a recently renovated 350 year old mill house in a rustic decorated establishment which looks as good as the food tastes.

Owned by luxury holiday resort operator Darwin Escapes, the 5 star standards of the establishment are very much in evidence in every aspect of the service provided ranging from the friendly waiting staff to the highly qualified chefs who aim to provide you with the finest cuisine in the region.

A wide range of tastes are accommodated here with the menu featuring classic British cuisine alongside international dishes. The Brook restaurant also takes into account dietary requirements, so please feel free to highlight any dietary needs to waiting staff whilst placing your order.

The Brook has its own balcony overlooking the Newton Brook which provides a relaxing and scenic backdrop which is simply perfect in the summer months. The well-stocked bar features some of Somerset’s finest ciders as well as a huge variety of other soft and alcoholic beverages including high quality real ales and only the finest wines to ensure a sophisticated dining experience.

The restaurant is open for both lunch and evening meals, with Costa Coffee served for those who are looking for a mid-afternoon break in a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere.

Special occasions are accommodated in the downstairs function room which can be hired out. Please contact the restaurant in order to make an enquiry.
