About

Join for a gravity-defying adventure as we explore the incredible stories that have helped us take to the skies.

Follow our trail to discover the many ways we've dared to defy gravity throughout history and see if you've got what it takes to join the ranks of the world's great engineers.

Beneath the iconic Concorde, put your engineering skills to the test with not one but two hands-on challenges. Design and launch your very own chocolate egg parachute and cradle, because every egg deserves a safe landing! Then build your own helicopter spinner and watch it take flight.

A creative, hands-on adventure for curious minds of all ages.

Easter Egg Parachute Drop

Tues, Weds and Thurs during the Easter Holidays (7, 8, 9, 14, 15 and 16 April) - 10am to 3pm

Eggs up! We are ready for take off! Create your very own parachute for a precious cargo - A chocolate egg! Then get ready to test your invention as you drop it from our Concorde viewing platform. Will your egg land safely? Or will it tumble and break apart? Make sure you don't crack under the pressure!

Build Your Own Helicopter Spinner

Mon and Fri during the Easter Holidays (3, 6, 10, 13 and 17 April) - 10am to 4.30pm

Get crafty and create your own paper helicopter spinner. Build, drop and watch your spinner whirl to the ground while exploring how flight and gravity work in this quick, hands-on activity for curious minds that's full of family fun.

NEW Easter Trail
