About
This concert presents new music shaped by field recordings of water and rainforest environments in Malaysian Borneo, alongside material gathered around Bath.
Drawing on soundscape composition and improvisation, the programme weaves together environmental recordings, electronics, and traditional instruments to explore how place, listening, and ecology intersect.
The evening features works developed as part of Echoes of Water: Soundscapes from Borneo and Bath, a UK–Malaysia collaboration supported by the British Council's Connections Through Culture programme.
