About

Join for this early morning walk to discover one of the most beautiful wildlife spectacles of the season!

Enjoy the shimmering wings of thousands of Four-spotted Chaser Dragonflies sparkling in the golden morning light as they roost in the reedbed. Be on the lookout for other wildlife that is just beginning its day and listening out to the dawn chorus, including booming bitterns.

Please note that the roost is usually accessible, but can move to inaccessible areas. If this happens, there is still plenty of other fantastic wildlife for us to see on the walk.
