The Wildscreen Festival, the largest global gathering of natural world storytellers, returns this autumn. This unique hybrid event will take place in the heart of Bristol, with more delegates expected than ever before. Running from 19-22 October 2026, the festival offers a dynamic programme featuring headliners, panels, exclusive film screenings, and in-person networking opportunities.
Wildscreen are thrilled to announce that this year the Festival is being held at the four-star Apex City of Bath Hotel, based just a stone’s throw away from the city’s top sights and the perfect place to base yourself for the week! The hotel is also kindly providing a 10% discount on room bookings during the week of the Festival - your code will be included in your ticket confirmation details after booking.
Delegates will be able to benefit from a 20% discount on rail passes with the GWR conference rate.
What to expect at Wildscreen Festival 2026
Live industry events take place at the Apex City of Bath Hotel from Monday 19 – Wednesday 21 October. On Thursday 22 October, curated 1-1 meetings, workshops and masterclasses will take place at various locations around Bristol and Bath.
The Wildscreen Panda Awards Ceremony will take place in Bath on the evening of Thursday 22 October – tickets are sold separately.

Over its 42-year history, it has served as a global hub for ideas and innovation, launched award-winning talent, and fostered new partnerships and collaborations. The festival is open to all, inviting as many people as possible to connect with the natural world, feel a part of it, and be inspired to protect it.

Tickets and booking information
Attendees can experience live events at venues across Bristol or choose from hybrid or fully virtual ticket options, making the festival accessible to a global audience. Super Early Bird Passes for the Festival are available to book until 31 March 2026.
A special concession rate will be available at a 50% discount from the full pass price.

Are the venues accessible?
Apex City of Bath Hotel offers strong accessibility with wheelchair access throughout. The entrance has ramp access and railings with automatic sensor doors and there is level flooring and guest elevators throughout with access for all abilities.
