About

5* Gold Award luxury accommodation for 22 people (plus cots) in the Mendip Hills near Bath. The 3 cottages that make up Lilycombe Farm each have their own private space and driveway, but are within very easy reach of each other. Choose Jack’s Barn (sleeps 10), The Garden House (sleeps 8) or Deerleap (sleeps 4). Rent separately, in any combination or all three together.

These properties are ideal for reunions of family and friends and perfect for multigenerational stays. For those who book all three properties, the Jack's Barn kitchen will seat 22 people. Guests can book exclusive use of the 15 metre indoor pool that is heated to 31 degrees. There are lovely local pub walks within this National Landscape (an AONB), and a cinema and games room for rainy days. The historic city of Wells is only 10 mins by car, and Bath, Bristol, Longleat, Cheddar and Bruton are all within 30 mins drive. Exceptionally comfortable pocket-sprung super king sized beds can all be made up as singles or doubles.Top quality private chefs can be booked, as well as treatments that take place in the private treatment room. Arrival days are Friday or Monday for whole weeks or longer and for short breaks.

Weekend breaks are 2 or 3 nights starting on Friday. Midweek Breaks are 4 nights Monday to Friday. Arrive any time from 4.00pm, checkout by 10.00am (8.00pm on Sunday for 2-night weekends). Two of the properties are wheelchair accessible.

 

Family friendly -

Babies and children are very welcome. Cots, high chairs and stairgates are available. For health and safety reasons, we ask you to bring your own cot linen. Microwave steriliser, changing mat, nappy bin and baby bath also available on request.

Dog friendly - 

One well-behaved dog permitted in The Garden House only, with supplementary charge. The two other properties are kept pet-free.

15m indoor heated pool with spa treatment room upstairs.

Games barn with table tennis, table football, and cinema projector screen.

Each property has parking for at least 4 cars.
