The ReBalance Bath Festival is coming back for its third year from 30 January – 16 February. Experience wellbeing for yourself with tons of feel-good activities, meditation and exclusive packages for three weeks!

A curtain raiser for the festival, join one of the country’s favourite radio and TV presenters, Gaby Roslin and self-confessed healthy gut advocate, Tim Spector. Be at the forefront of pioneering microbiome research that will help us better understand our gut. Book here

Luke Jerram: Helios at Bath Assembly Rooms

Immerse yourself in Luke Jerram’s latest work a 7-metre-wide representation of the sun. The artwork is accompanied by a sound composition including NASA recordings of the sun. Find out more.

ReBalance Wellbeing Day – 2 February

For the first time ever, get a taste of the ReBalance Festival for a whole day! Join our wellness experts, Andy and Connor from Bath Fit Fam, Siobhain and Jess from Dance Fit Bath, Bex Bridgford, Yoga and Wild Wellness, Madeline Blackburn from the Soul Spa and Nicola MacDonald from Bath Mindfulness as they come together to make a day jam packed with fitness and wellbeing activities.
