Sunday lunch roast dinner at Ring o’ Bells

About

Located in the heart of Compton Martin, Somerset, the Ring O’ Bells is a traditional village pub full of charm and atmosphere, and a history dating back to the 16th century.

Inside the pub, expect plenty of original features, with dark wooden beams, wooden flooring, stone walls, and a large inglenook fireplace. Outside, the huge beer garden is perfect for al fresco drinking and dining, complete with a play area to keep the kids entertained.

On the menu, the focus is locally sourced ingredients, seasonal dishes and pub classics, with a cracking line-up of award-winning local Butcombe beer and cider behind the bar (the Butcombe Brewery is located just a few miles away in Wrington).

Behind the bar you’ll find an extensive selection of wine and cocktails and a great range of award-winning craft beer and cask ale. Beer also features throughout our menus and daily specials – such as the Butcombe Gold beer-battered fish and chips – and the team are always on hand to recommend the perfect beer pairing with your food.

With several vegetarian and vegan options on our menus and gluten-free options available on request, the Ring o' Bells can cater for most dietary requirements. They also have a dedicated children’s menu.

The pub has two dog-friendly and family-friendly bedrooms with countryside views and super comfy beds – the perfect place to rest your head after a day of walking, cycling or relaxing, or just passing through on business.

The Ring O’ Bells is situated within easy reach of the beautiful Chew Valley, Blagdon Lake, and Mendip Hills AONB, and close to Bristol International Airport. Keep an eye out for live music and events throughout the year!
