About
The Bell is a historic free house and music pub on the edge of Bath city centre: it is owned by around 650 of its customers, fans and workers under IPS CoOperative rules. We have free live music 3 to 4 days a week. DJ sets, bar billiards (Mon - Weds), chess, backgammon, free wi-fi, a wood burning stove, and pizza in the garden on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
They stock six real ales plus two guest ales. They are in the Guardian and Observer guides to summer pubs as well as the Lonely Planet, Rough Guide, the Good Beer Guide and Le Guide du Routard.
“To me, the Bell is a crucial and integral venue and a great window into the world of music and entertainment in the West Country" - Robert Plant, Led Zeppelin
