Bath Cricket Club
Founded in 1859, Bath Cricket Club is a leading community club and a focus hub of the cricket development network, particularly of children and young people.
With many passionate volunteers and professional staff, the Club is located in the heart of Bath, on North Parade Bridge Road, and matches can be watched with a stunning background view of Bath Abbey. Facilities include a fifteen-pitch square, three artificial and 14 grass practice pitches, an LED scoreboard and welcoming clubhouse, plus car parking.
The Club hosts around 90 senior and 80 youth matches each season, with around 2,000 players in total benefitting from the facilities. Guest matches are also held, including ECB regional competitions and county representative teams.
The Club also owns the Brownsword Ground on the northern edge of the city next to Beckford’s Tower, with a pavilion and outdoor cricket facilities, plus a two-lane indoor cricket school.
Bath Cricket Club’s dedicated venue space, The Boundary, is a multi-purpose, flexible function room hosting up to 100 people. It can be hired for a range of events including conferences and seminars, team building and training sessions, social and business meetings and wedding and evening parties.
