Bath Electric Boats
If you are looking for something truly memorable and utterly unique, a skippered trip aboard a historic river launch could be just the tonic.
Choose from two electric boats;.
The Lady Lena, an electric Victorian river launch, is suitable for parties of between two and ten people, and can be chartered for anything from two to five hours. The Lady Lena has access to a nine mile stretch of the beautiful Kennet and Avon canal between Bath to Bradford-on-Avon, picking you up from either Bath or Bathampton for a return journey. You will be welcomed with a crystal glass flute of Champagne, before you are invited to settle back into the cushions for an unforgettable, relaxing cruise. Lady Lena is carpeted and fully upholstered, seating up to ten comfortably for canapes, an afternoon picnic, or cream tea, or a feast worthy of a Michelin star or two.
The Sir John Knill is a public, accessible waterbus going between Bathampton and Bath on the Kennet and Avon canal every weekend between April and October, and more frequently during the school holidays. With room for up to 12 people, the Sir John Knill is wheelchair-friendly, and offers an ideal opportunity to discover this quieter but most beautiful and interesting part of Bath. This boat is also available for a 90 minute private charter during normal times, ideal for hen parties, families or groups of people with similar abilities, as a return or with a break at Bathampton.
This is a family business which endeavours to make each occasion one you will never forget.
