Fern Cottage Bed and Breakfast

About

Situated in the quiet rural village of Pucklechurch, Fern Cottage is a four star, national award-winning bed and breakfast run by its passionate proprietors, Sue and Pete.

Set within a conservation area and surrounded by beautiful countryside, with panoramic views from the garden and rooms, Fern Cottage sits within a two-acre smallholding, with the added benefit of being just fifteen minutes from the centres of both Bath and Bristol. The Lansdown Park and Ride, which runs to the very centre of Bath, is just a ten-minute drive from Fern Cottage.

Fern Cottage has four double ensuite rooms (two of which with king size beds) enjoying panoramic 180-degree countryside views, and located at ground floor level in the beautifully converted outbuilding. This beautiful accommodation reflects the high standard of quality, attention to detail and offers affordable luxury, which is complemented by excellent food and service.

Sue and Pete have received over twenty Awards, both at National and regional level over the past seventeen years with the top ROSE Award (in Recognition of Service Excellence) given by VisitEngland in 2016.

Good food is a passion at Fern Cottage, and guests can enjoy an exceptional quality breakfast using local and homemade produce. The Fern Cottage breakfast menu has been complimented by top chefs Gary Rhodes and Michael Caines on the UKTV programme Local Food Heroes, on which proprietor Sue was one of the five finalists for the South West.
