In 2001, three kiwi guys set up Gourmet Burger Kitchen in South London. Their philosophy to create a fresh, quality burger reminiscent of the gourmet burgers they were used to in New Zealand. Working with Chef Peter Gordon, they were the first to introduce gourmet burgers to the London market. Combining 100% beef with the freshest ingredients and sauces, they stuck to the basics, using quality ingredients to create classic and innovative taste combinations.

GBK pride themselves on serving the freshest burgers, so from the first bite to the last, you wont be disappointed and you won't leave hungry!
