As much as possible, we bake, make and create the items we serve in our restaurant on site.
Where we can’t make, bake or grow our own produce, we champion ingredients and products from award-winning local farmers and specialist producers who share our belief in the importance of ethical food production. We believe food is key to our wellbeing, and we believe in eating well without sacrificing flavour. Prioritising local and seasonal ingredients means that our vegetables are on your plate within a few days of being picked, so they’re full of flavour and the good stuff you need to thrive.
Our fish is line caught in Cornwall by responsible fishermen who share our belief in the importance of nurturing sustainable, healthy fish stocks. Our meat is locally sourced from animals bred and raised with care. From field to fork, the kitchen works hard to use all raw ingredients and eliminate waste.
After a leisurely meal, take a gentle walk around the estate and see how the grounds are waking up after winter, or simply relax and soak in the view.
