Wraxall Vineyard lies on a beautiful south-facing hill with far reaching views. The vineyard was originally planted in 1974, and in the 1980s became a premier vineyard in the south west of England.
By 2005 the vineyard had fallen into disrepair. Brian Shirley and Jacky Brayton bought Wraxall Vineyard in 2007. Over a decade later, Wraxall Vineyard is again a successful vineyard growing and making award winning still and sparkling wines. They include two sparkling wines, a white and a rose, and four still wines, Bacchus, Pinot Noir Rose, Madeleine Angevine and Somerset Dry.
Wraxall Vineyard hold regular pre-bookable tours and tastings at weekends, or if you are in a group of more than ten people, you can arrange a private tour and tasting at a time and date to suit you.
