Visit Bath Launch Remarkable Bath Campaign

Visit Bath has launched an exciting new campaign, Remarkable Bath. Whether it’s world-class museums, stunning architecture, excellent accommodation or notable residents, Bath’s offering is certainly remarkable. Designed to showcase everything that makes Bath a UNESCO World Heritage site, Remarkable Bath seeks to inspire visitors to extend their stay, explore more and uncover lesser-known stories about the city’s impressive landmarks and attractions.

Remarkable Bath targets a wide demographic of potential visitors, encouraging them to book a trip to Bath with an emphasis on finding accommodation and has been supported by eight key partners across the city: The National Trust, The Francis Hotel, The Jane Austen Centre, The Holburne Museum, Abbey Hotel, Heritage Services, The Roseate Villa and Thermae Bath Spa.  

The campaign also highlights a selection of Bath’s remarkable characters throughout history, from the city’s legendary founder to revolutionary astronomers, with a series of quirky illustrations - you can take a look at them here along with intriguing details about each character.
