About

Combe Grove is the Centre of Metabolic Health, owned by the charitable trust, The Elmhurst Foundation. They have three core objectives: to promote and expand knowledge in the fields of health and wellbeing, to provide high-quality enhanced apprenticeships and to share facilities and expertise for the benefit of the community. They provide a range of Metabolic Health Programmes and a local Metabolic Membership to the Club at Combe Grove, providing the experts, tools and facilities for individuals to transform their health and wellbeing.

The Health Reset Day

The Health Reset Day is perfect for anyone starting their journey toward better metabolic health, offering straightforward, actionable guidance to get started with confidence. It is also a powerful source of motivation and education for those already working on their health goals but seeking additional support and inspiration. Combe Grove considers the 5 Roots of Metabolic Health™: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, Mindset and Environment to be the pillars on which good metabolic health is built.

As part of the Health Reset Day, participants will receive comprehensive metabolic health checks including body composition analysis, blood pressure, lipids profile and blood glucose - all insights into the 10 Markers of Metabolic Health™. If these markers are out of sync, it can often be a signal of metabolic syndrome. Participants will also experience workshops and demonstrations with Metabolic Health Experts, a nourishing brunch and dinner in the Orangery, a tour of the inspiring Kitchen Garden and time to breathe and be immersed in the natural surroundings.

Do you need support with weight management, raised blood pressure, raised lipids, brain fog, PCOS, menopause, low energy or poor sleep? Take the first step towards improving these symptoms and metabolic health on an upcoming Health Reset Day.
