Generally, anyone can partake in hot air ballooning, It is serene, quiet and slow and the whole experience lasts for 3 – 4 hours. We invite all our passengers to get involved as we feel this really adds to the experience, but it is of course optional.

After your balloon ride Fly Away Ballooning will return you to the original meeting location. Gift vouchers are available for all our flight options and can be emailed or posted the same day.

Please note that we occasionally have to use a back up site depending on the wind direction and time of year. This is close to the city and we can provide a transfer. As with all hot air balloon rides they are entirely weather dependent. Flights/Vouchers are non-refundable.

Sustainability

For complimentary drinks, Fly Away Ballooning offer locally made Bath Gin. Other drinks available. They also don't use plastic, glass and tins on flights only. Their balloon rides are carbon neutral, offset using high quality offsets with Lune climate at the end of each year.
