About

This October half-term, Beckford's Tower and Museum invites families to enjoy outdoor fun in the Paddocks with a children’s activity inspired by the bats that fly through the landscape at night. Suitable for ages 5 and above, the workshop encourages children to use their creative skills to make their own bats to take home.

The session will take place in the paddocks surrounding Beckford’s Tower. As the ground may be uneven, suitable outdoor clothing is advised. All children must be accompanied by an adult, and an accompanying adult ticket should be selected when booking to ensure numbers.

During the activity, participants will also have access to Beckford’s Tower and Museum. Visitors can climb the pink spiral staircase to the Belvedere, which offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
