The Annual Bath Racecourse Fireworks night is on Friday 1st November at Bath Racecourse.

EVENT TIMINGS:

Gates open at 5.00pm
The funfair will be open from 5.00pm – 9.00pm
The fireworks display will start at approximately 7.30pm
Food and drink outlets & funfair remain open
The event finishes at 9.00pm
TRAVEL

The racecourse is easily accessed by road and rail and, as this is going to be an extremely busy event, please allow extra time to travel to and from the racecourse. Arrive as early as you can and remember that the funfair, bars and food outlets will remain open after the fireworks until 9pm when the event finishes - so stay a bit longer to let the traffic ease. We advise people to car share where possible, make use of public transport or walk if you can.

Firtst Bus will be providing a special bus service on the night from Manvers Street to the racecourse.

PARKING

The nearby parking areas at the racecourse are free but please allow plenty of time to get here. The fireworks display will be an extremely busy event so to alleviate congestion, please allow extra time to arrive and stay on after the display finishes. As mentioned above, we advise people to car share where possible.

Please inform the car parking stewards on arrival if you require accessible car parking.

ENTERTAINMENT

Funfair & Face Painting

Get ready to be thrilled at the huge funfair! The rides will cater for older kids and teenagers as well as gentler rides for toddlers. The funfair will be open until 9pm and there is a charge for rides. There will also be face painting for younger children in the first half of the evening.. Rather than rush off once the fireworks have finished, stay on to let the traffic ease. The funfair and bars will all remain open until 9pm.

Dress to Impress!

This year, we're encouraging everyone, whatever age you are, to dress up in your most colourful outfits so we're really looking forward to seeing lots of costumes.
