We'll spend the morning on a walk through the beautiful countryside surrounding Vale House Kitchen, picking our own ingredients, and learning more about landscape features, habitats, associated trees and plants species, and their relationships and seasonality with wild food.
Returning to Vale House Kitchen for a fantastic seasonal foragers' lunch, and then spend the afternoon in the classroom turning our freshly-gathered goodies into some delicious recipes.
