About

The Grapes invites everyone to see out 2025 with them: four live sets, a full bar, and a room full of locals and visitors dancing through to 4am.

From an open jam session at 8pm to the final notes at dawn, The Grapes has the entire night covered. Whether guests come for the music, the moment, or both, there’s nowhere else quite like it on New Year’s Eve in Bath.

8:00–9:30pm: Jam on Toast (NYE Special)
Guests are encouraged to bring an instrument and join the session—guitar, flute, ukulele, bass, or whatever they play.

10:00–11:00pm: Bear at the House
A five-piece rock band born from Bath's Music Workshop, offering familiar classics reimagined alongside powerful originals.

11:30pm–12:30am: Somerset Velvet
Psychedelic folk funk from Somerset and Wiltshire, with creative originals and a distinctive sound.

12:30am–Close: The Swirl Girls
Taking everyone through to 4am with the biggest hits to see the year out properly.

No bookings or tickets—just turn up.

The bar will be open all night, and dancing is very much encouraged.

Ring in 2026 where it belongs: at The Grapes on Westgate Street, with good music and even better company.
