About

Each Thursday from 8pm, the bar comes alive to the sounds of Trad Irish tunes from a talented bunch of local musicians, sometimes joined by friends on the circuit from further afield.

Drawing on a rich palette of Irish Folk songs learnt over the years, there are usually a minimum of six musicians taking part, though this number regularly rises to around fifteen playing everything from the fiddle, bodhran, box, banjo, guitar, whistle and the occasional pipes.

Pop along and discover the joy of a Trad Folk session if you're in town and if you think you know enough tunes to get involved come and see the guys one week to arrange it.
