About
Vietnamese-born, Noya combines her culinary and artistic backgrounds to create authentic and beautiful Vietnamese dishes.
The simple lunchtime menus change weekly, using seasonal ingredients and locally available produce. Dishes are fresh and zingy, often including Vietnamese favourites such as pho, bun cha, summer rolls, banh xeo (crispy pancakes), hue chicken salad, Vietnamese curries and stir fries.
For a midweek evening treat, book a table or drop in to Noya's weekly Pho Wednesday and Curry Thursday nights. Celebrating Vietnam's famously aromatic noodle broth, Noya serves up steaming bowls of delicious beef, chicken or tofu pho on Wednesdays from 6–9pm. Curry Thursdays (6–9pm from 28th November 2019), headlines with zingy Vietnamese dishes and introduces guest curries from around the southeast Asia region.
Noya also runs her sell-out Supper Clubs two to three nights a week, a fun, informal dining experience with a set menu of five delicious courses. Everyone eats at the same time and you’ll discover what’s on the menu when Noya introduces the dishes in person on the night. If you have a larger group of friends or family, Noya's private dining room is the perfect option. Advance booking is essential!
Noya's monthly cooking classes are also perfect for Vietnamese and Asian food lovers to learn how to make four dishes from Noya herself. Classes are small, informal and fun, and you'll learn cooking skills as well as how to balance the flavours typifying Vienamese cooking. Advance booking is also essential.
