Recently reimagined, The Bar at No. 15 blends together exceptional cocktails, layered interiors and the timeless charm of one of Bath’s most elegant addresses.

At the heart of it all is a new curated cocktail menu: refined classics, signature serves and seasonal creations crafted with creativity and finesse. Sip favourites including the Fig Leaf Boulevardier, Biscotti Espresso Martini and No. 15 Negroni, alongside vibrant small plates and bar snacks designed for sharing.

Cocktails served daily from 12.30pm – 11pm. 

Bar snacks & small plates served daily from 12.30pm – 9pm. 

Open to both hotel residents and locals.

    This is Aperitivo: the No.15 kitchen sends out generous plates from the bar menu - nothing fixed, nothing fussy, just whatever's looking its best that day, delivered straight to your table, complimentary. It's one of those hours that has a way of stretching into three - literally!
