Father Christmas has discovered an exciting new home for his magical grotto adventure! Now nestled in the enchanting gardens of the Holburne Museum, this beloved festive experience is bigger, brighter, and more magical than ever before.
Step into a winter wonderland where joyous tales come alive with Father Christmas and his cheerful Elf. Receive a special, elf-crafted gift made just for you, and capture a cherished photo with Father Christmas himself!
More than just an ordinary grotto, Father Christmas’ Grotto is presented to you by talented professional actors, right in the heart of Bath. Be whisked away to Father Christmas’s cozy North Pole living room, join the merry elves in gently waking him up, and listen to the delightful story of their plan to make this Christmas the most magical one yet!
A small gift for adults, too, is lovingly crafted for you by the merry welcome elves, adding a touch of magic to your visit. Plus, warm up with a delightful selection of festive refreshments from the Cafe Chalet, filled with seasonal treats and cozy flavours. Get ready to immerse yourself in Bath’s most enchanting and joyful Christmas adventure!
What's Included:
- A 20-minute Father Christmas Experience with professional actors and musicians at The Holburne Museum.
- A meet and greet with Father Christmas.

The experience can be enjoyed by all ages and is most suitable for children ages 3- 12. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Getting here and accessibility:
To find the Holburne Museum, head to the eastern end of Great Pulteney Street, BA2 4DB.
The museum is a ten-minute walk from the city centre along the beautiful Great Pulteney Street, or a 15-minute stroll from Bath Spa railway station.
Once you enter the grounds, follow the signs to the Grotto experience. The event is held outside of the main Museum in a purpose-built space.
The site is fully accessible, and toilets can be found within the main Museum.
