Join Bath's expert forest bathing guide, Tania Orgill, for a guided session along the beautiful woodland walk at the museum's estate, just 15-minutes from the centre of Bath.

The group will explore how the forest can be a gift for our mental and physical wellbeing, using sensory mindfulness techniques to bring us back to ourselves.
