About

The Gallagher Premiership is the top tier of professional rugby union in England. It features ten of the country’s best teams competing in a full league season, followed by play-offs and a grand final at Twickenham Stadium.

The upcoming 2025/26 season marks the 39th edition of the competition. With no new teams promoted this year, all ten clubs return to battle it out once again. This season also sees a fresh rebrand as the league aims to highlight the intensity, physicality, and elite-level talent that defines Premiership rugby — while expanding its reach at home and abroad.
