About

The enchanting tones and vibrations of gongs and other instruments work harmoniously to bring focus to the mind, soothe the nervous system, and rejuvenate the body.

All are invited – whether you're a seasoned meditator or someone intrigued to explore a gong bath for the first time. The beauty of gong bath meditation lies in its accessibility; no prior experience is needed. (Please refer to the website for situations where gong baths may not be suitable.)

The session will end with a hot drink at the Tea Cabin (included in ticket price).

£23 (plus standard admission)
