Hodmadoddery have been at it since the late 1980s, when they first came together in a Bath cider house. The early years were loose, the wine-fuelled European festival circuit tightened things up considerably, and somewhere along the way they accumulated 15 or so appearances at Glastonbury.

They play folk standards and trad numbers alongside the occasional unexpected detour, and have been doing it long enough that it all sounds entirely their own.

Good company for a Sunday afternoon!
