This small, hands-on masterclass is perfect for anyone interested in learning how to make pasta and associated sauces from scratch.
Under the guidance of Executive Chef Matthew Briddon in this hands-on you will learn how to make and shape 6 fresh pasta shapes, as well as accompanying sauces and pesto's. Everything you need to learn to make this delicious food at home. You will also be given recipes and notes to take home with you.
The day includes refreshments, a delicious lunch in Iford Manor Kitchen's restaurant and all materials and ingredients required for the course.
