About

Iford Manor's annual Moth & Butterfly Day, in partnership with Butterfly Conservation, returns this July. 

Join Iford Manor on this free day as they open up their conservation meadow for walks where you can spot butterflies and wild orchids with volunteers from Butterfly Conservation on hand to answer your queries.

Enjoy a spectacular moth display and watch the release at 4pm. There will be a selection of free nature related activities for children to enjoy.

Picnics are welcome by the river opposite Iford Manor.

Food & drinks will be served in Iford Manor Café from 9am – 4.30pm.

Please note that the paths are steep and uneven, so not suitable for buggies. This event does not take place in Iford Manor's Gardens. Should you wish to enjoy the gardens then entry (age 10+) can be purchased separately on our website in advance.
