Inspired by Maya Angelou's poem Phenomenal Woman, the Gainsborough Hotel launched a series in 2018 inviting women from diverse backgrounds who have achieved recognition and made significant impacts in their fields to share their experiences and the challenges they have encountered on their paths to success.

The third Phenomenal Women guest speaker for 2024 will be Anisha Joshi on Thursday, 7th November, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

Tickets are priced at £15 and include prosecco and canapés.

Anisha Joshi is an award-winning multidisciplinary osteopath and clinic director. She has won the prestigious Principal Osteopath of the Year Award and counts well-known sports and television stars among her clients. Her expertise has been featured in The Telegraph and Vanity Fair, and she serves as the resident on-screen osteopath for ITV's This Morning. Anisha’s new book, Heal Your Back: 4 Steps to a Pain-free Life, is set to be published by Penguin in 2024. In corporate settings, she provides bespoke ergonomic advice, helping to identify hazards and prevent injuries, with the aim of improving staff comfort, well-being, and productivity.

ITV’s This Morning: Anisha frequently appears on the show as an expert in osteopathy, sharing the benefits of treatment and offering advice on how to stay active and healthy.

Award-Winner: Anisha was awarded Principal Osteopath of the Year by the Institute of Osteopathy.

Speaker/Teacher: Anisha enjoys sharing her knowledge with fellow osteopaths and the public, teaching them how to prevent pain and become the best version of themselves.

The Stronger Body Plan: Drawing from years of experience, Anisha developed her own Strong Body Plan to help people take control of their injuries and RE

their joints to prevent further issues.
