Chase away the cold dark days of midwinter with a feelgood break in Bath! The ReBalance Bath Festival is returning for a fourth year from 29 January – 15 February 2026. 

Over the three-week festival, there will be plenty of events, each inspired by wellness, separated into the categories of mental wellbeing, physical wellbeing, talks, and free events. 

Event highlights include:

Headspace with Sophrology at The Soul Spa (31 Jan)
This one-hour Sophrology session blends breathwork, gentle movement and guided visualisation to help you restore calm.

Yoga in the Chapel at the Gainsborough (1 Feb)
Relax with yoga classes in the beautiful surroundings of the chapel at The Gainsborough Bath Spa.

Clubbercise at The Guildhall (4 Feb)
Come and work up a sweat in the iconic Guildhall right in the centre of Bath! You'll be exercising in the dark, with glow sticks and disco lights to a soundtrack of club anthems from 90s classics to the latest chart hits. 

Aquasana in the Rooftop Pool at Thermae Bath Spa (4, 11 Feb)

When is ReBalance Bath?

This year's festival of wellbeing takes place from Thursday 29 January until Sunday 15 February 2026.

Where is the festival hosted?

ReBalance Bath is a series of events and activities hosted in venues and locations across the city, from workshops in museums to daytime raves in historic buildings and scenic walks in Bath's beautiful parks.

Do I need a ticket to attend events?

Yes, due to capacity, all events are ticketed. We expect many to sell out, so make sure you book early if there's an event you're particularly keen to attend!

Is there a ReBalance Bath festival pass?

There is no pass that covers all ReBalance Bath events; you will need to purchase tickets for individual activities.

Are the events family-friendly?

Many of the activities and venues are for ages 16+, but please check with the venue before booking if you are unsure.

Can I bring my dog?

Due to the nature of the events, only service dogs can come along to most of the events - please check with the venue before booking.

Are the events accessible?

Some of the activities will be in historic buildings with steps and uneven surfaces, but event organisers will do everything they can to accommodate additional needs - please make the team aware of any requirements when booking.
