About

A taster clowning workshop where you don't have to be funny or clever or a performer to take part!

Seriously Playful workshop takes you through a step by step process that starts with releasing tension, energising the body, finding movement and vocal expression to stimulate a more spontaneous and natural state of playfulness. This is followed by improvisation games and clowning exercises that offer full permission to be silly, have fun and step into the spotlight. Finding the inner clown unmasks and liberates us from the stress of being a grown up and challenges the limiting thoughts and self judgements that block our creative flow.

If you are curious and 'would never usually try anything like this', it's definitely for you. Belly laughs and magic moments guaranteed!

Total beginners and slightly terrified people all welcome!
