About

The Summer Elements Restorative Yoga Series is a four part series of restorative yoga aimed at celebrating the best of summer. It has been designed so that each of the sessions compliments the others, albeit each can be practised as a stand alone class.

Restorative yoga, based on the Iyengar yoga tradition, is a system that gradually encourages you to open the body while prompting the parasympathetic nervous system to come online and initiate a healing response. Classes consist of only a few postures, well supported by props, and held for longer periods.

In short, the Restorative 'Sunday Reset' class creates a safe space to relax, self-regulate and settle into a state of internal awareness.
