Sweet tooth? A world of chocolate awaits with a tasting workshop courtesy of Mrs. Potts Chocolate House. The York Street café are offering virtual sessions led by Expert Chocolatier, Sophie, who will talk you through the production of chocolate, along with an interactive tasting experience, all from the comfort of your own home.
Costing £29.90 for two, a box with tasting samples of a range of delicious chocolates, plus tasting charts and information you can keep will be sent right to your door.
Time for Tea
Sweet Little Things have been delivering their Afternoon Tea hampers locally throughout lockdown and will be offering a special edition to make Valentine's Day this year memorable, despite the circumstances. For £24.95 per person (and a small local delivery charge), enjoy chocolate hearts, finger sandwiches, homemade scones with jam and clotted cream, and a selection of freshly baked, homemade cakes. This all comes with edible flowers and decorative berries, and some English breakfast tea.

You can't go wrong with cake, and for a locally-made box of sweetness, look no further than Sarah McNally Cakes. Sarah specialises in buttercream beauties for weddings and celebrations across Bath, and this Valentine's Day is offering boxes containing four white chocolate geometric cake hearts decorated with gold leaf, and filled with rich chocolate cake truffle mixture.

Bath's leading glassware shop, Bath Aqua Glass, have a delightful range of heart-shaped glass gifts and jewellery on offer, all made in their Walcot Street studio, where click-and-collect is available. For something a little different to look forward to, as a couple, you can make your own heart-shaped bauble, combining both of your breath as you are shown how to glass-blow it. Once a voucher is bought for this special experience, it is valid for 12 months.

Bring the romance of country house hotel Lucknam Park into your home between 12th and 14th February. Their very own Michelin-starred chef, Hywel Jones, has created an exquisite five-course menu for two, at £120 per couple.

OAK, formerly Acorn Vegetarian Kitchen, is a top-class restaurant serving solely plant-based vegan dishes.
