The Angelfish use the highest quality rapeseed oil to fry their food, which is harvested and produced less than five miles away by Fussels Fine Foods, and they make their own tartare sauce and salsa. Other appetising options include vegetable tempura, cheesy chips and banana and apple fritters topped with cinnamon sugar, golden syrup or chocolate sauce.
