Bath is absolutely brimming with independent retailers who are proud to show off their handmade and often-bespoke clothes, shoes, accessories and homewares, that you just can't find anywhere else!

For the accessories
Noha's Art - beautiful pieces of vintage and modern jewellery is in abundance at Noha's Art. Each piece has been hand-selected with a great deal of care and attention, so you can expect only the best.
Jody Cory - opposite the magnificent Abbey, this sparkling store is bound to catch your eye. Jody Cory create beautiful gold, silver and platinum jewellery in their workshop and upcycle old or unloved pieces into beautiful new items that you will be itching to show off!
Nicholas Wylde – here you will find high-quality, designer jewellery items, and glitteringly-bespoke pieces. They’re celebrating their 30th anniversary this year, so keep your eyes peeled for special events to mark the amazing milestone.
For the shoes
Chanii B - put your best foot forward in a pair of Chanii B heels! Created by international shoe designer Chantal Pilon, it's the only place in the UK where you can browse her full exciting and colourful collection.
For the outfit
Grace & Ted – an Aladdin’s Cave of beautiful pre-owned designer clothing that’s been specially curated by a fiercely dedicated mother and daughter team. Designer labels range from Chanel, Mulberry and Prada, all at incredible prices.
One Two Five Gallery - a hybrid between art and fashion, the pieces in One Two Five Gallery will transform you into a walking masterpiece. Owner, Carole Waller, pours so much time, love and attention into her screen printed silk clothes and will proudly assist you in finding that perfect accompaniment to your killer-outfit.
Jolly's - although technically not an independent store, there is certainly nowhere else like Jolly's. It arrived in Bath in 1823 and is the oldest department store in the country. It's now home to a House of Fraser and a delightful tearoom.
For the homewares
Verve Living – find Verve Living in Bath’s artisan quarter and browse an eclectic selection of unique pieces for the home. Verve source their collection directly from talented British designers and have coffee on tap whilst you shop!
The Foodie Bugle – part shop, part tea room, The Foodie Bugle is brimming with thoughtfully chosen artisan food, drink and homewares. Seek out owner Silvana, and her infectious love of Bath will inspire you to visit many other independent shops too.
Rossiters of Bath – get lost in a labyrinth of nooks and crannies and find everything you need to kit out your home. Rossiters has been open for over 50 years and a much loved staple on Bath’s high street ever since.
