About

Morso Vegan specialises in delicious plant-based food. Offering a variety of cookery classes and events, they inspire vegan ways of working with food.

Their wide range of classes cover different cuisines and skill levels, and their ever-changing events programme means there’s something for everyone.

Located in the heart of beautiful Bath, in the stunning kitchen that housed the renowned Demuths Cookery School for over 10 years, the ethos at Morso is that food is a pleasure to cook, eat and share. They aim to impress using fresh, locally-sourced and seasonal produce in new and exciting ways. And their food is for everyone to enjoy, not just vegans.

Join them for a class and learn about the variety and flavour offered by including more plants in your diet. Their knowledge combined with their passion for what they do will leave you feeling inspired and confident to recreate dishes at home. Alternatively, if you want to leave the cooking and just focus on the eating, grab a place at one of their sell out events.

They also offer private courses and catering.
