The Menu
The Forge & Pheasant’s menu champions seasonal, locally sourced ingredients with signature dishes that celebrate good, old-fashioned food. Highlights include:

- Feta, Beets and Honey – accompanied by Hartham Park Honey, produced by on-site hives

- Bristol Beer Battered Fish & Chips – A customer favourite, made with fresh, MSC-approved cod

- Buxton Butchers Burgers – A trio of premium burgers with locally sourced patties

You can also enjoy expertly brewed coffee from Bristol’s renowned Clifton Coffee. The drinks menu also includes local beers, curated wines, and a selection of cocktails.
