Bailbrook House is a Grade II listed property set within 20 acres of private grounds with commanding views over Bath and the surrounding countryside.
In 2013 the property underwent a £10m refurbishment programme, which included the restoration of the original mansion and a total refurbishment of the 81 classic and executive bedrooms in the adjacent Bailbrook Court.

Cloisters takes full advantage of the stunning architectural features of this historic building, and seating in the loggia provides stunning views of the hotel's front lawn.

The afternoon teas are handmade by expert chefs and include a selection of delicious pastries, cakes and finger sandwiches. Afternoon tea can be taken in three elegant lounges, all affording excellent views over the hotel’s lawns as well as the Avon Valley and city of Bath.
